Education Partner – Educator

About the role

As an Education Partner at Wella, you will inspire and support hair‑professionals across Belgium, delivering high‑impact training both in‑salon and online. You will work closely with the sales team to turn customers into passionate advocates of Wella education, strengthening the global community of hair experts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inspirational education across multiple touchpoints – in‑salon, Wella Studios/Training centres and virtual platforms.
• Attract new customers by influencing hairdressers and building strong, lasting relationships.
• Increase education reach and community engagement through social‑media activations.
• Support the sales team as the go‑to education expert and continuously develop personal capability.

Required profile

• Valid hairdresser or cosmetology licence with at least 2 years of salon experience as a licensed stylist.
• Professional, influential presence on social‑media channels.
• Strong self‑management skills and ability to plan routes and schedules independently.
• Organised, solution‑oriented, proactive and self‑initiated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iPad applications.
• Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel 60‑80 % of the time, including overnight trips.
