eCommerce Account Manager – Marketplace & eGrocery

About the role

As an eCommerce Account Manager within PepsiCo Western Europe’s Benelux team, you will drive growth on key Dutch marketplaces (Bol.com, Amazon) and manage the Belgian eGrocery portfolio (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour). You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to increase revenue, volume and market share across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and scale marketplace strategies for Bol.com and Amazon, meeting revenue and volume targets.
• Negotiate and manage joint business plans with Belgian omnichannel retailers to achieve commercial goals.
• Optimize the digital shelf, customer journey and promotional activities, including online activations and product launches.
• Lead retail media and demand‑generation campaigns, maximizing ROAS, share of voice and budget efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, share and digital shelf performance, turning data into actionable initiatives.
• Act as a digital champion across functions to ensure integrated omnichannel execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
• More than 5 years of commercial experience, with at least 2 years in eCommerce.
• Strong digital trading knowledge and ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking and proven ability to drive results.

Required skills

• Experience with digital‑shelf monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
