E-Commerce & Online Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mobitec is looking for an E‑Commerce & Online Marketing Specialist to drive its digital growth. You will shape digital campaigns, email and CRM activities, and support the launch of the company’s first e‑commerce phase while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
• Build and develop email marketing, CRM workflows and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles.
• Analyse website insights, campaign data and platform analytics to generate actionable initiatives.
• Research external platforms such as Archiproducts to understand product interest and commercial opportunities.
• Support the preparation of the first e‑commerce phase from a marketing and user‑experience perspective.
• Create and adapt digital content for campaigns, newsletters and Google Business Profiles.
• Implement efficient digital marketing processes and leverage AI‑powered tools.
• Prepare clear reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media, Content, Digital Project Management, Product Data, Sales, Strategy and Management teams.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Business, E‑commerce or a comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or e‑commerce.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising channels.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems and lead‑nurturing processes.
• Good understanding of website analytics and data‑driven optimisation.
