Director, Labelling Strategy and Governance

About the role

GSK is seeking a Director to lead global labelling strategy and governance for its vaccines and infectious diseases portfolio. You will shape patient‑focused, compliant product information across the entire product lifecycle, working closely with regulatory, clinical, safety, medical and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global labelling strategy for assigned assets from early development through lifecycle management.
• Line‑manage and coach a small team of global labelling professionals, fostering capability and engagement.
• Translate clinical and safety data into clear, compliant, patient‑focused labelling content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align on labelling strategy and deliverables.
• Represent the portfolio in labelling governance bodies and ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders on regulatory submissions and development plans.
• Engage with health authorities and external stakeholders to support regulatory interactions and evolve labelling practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of labelling or regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven experience leading global and regional labelling strategy (e.g., US PI, EU SmPC) for pharmaceutical products.
