Digital Skills Trainer – ICT Training & Support

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Skills Trainer to lead the rollout of a new address and building management system. The role blends classroom and remote ICT training with first‑line user support, helping employees adopt the new application efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ICT training sessions both onsite and remotely.
• Prepare, update and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Design blended learning programmes that combine classroom instruction with e‑learning modules.
• Provide first‑line support via phone and online channels, answering application‑related questions.
• Assist users with best‑practice usage and data‑correction processes.
• Support the resolution of reported issues and application anomalies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user adoption and training effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to enhance training content.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ICT training in both onsite and remote settings.
• Experience creating ICT training materials and user guides.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Background in user support or help‑desk services.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Experience designing blended learning programmes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Fluent French at C2 level.
