Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist drives Esri BeLux’s digital marketing performance by designing, executing and optimizing data‑driven campaigns across multiple online channels. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales and analytics, you turn insights into qualified leads and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously improve paid search, SEO, email and social media campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, track KPIs across channels and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Create engaging email flows, segment audiences, ensure data hygiene and GDPR compliance.
• Maintain and optimise the corporate website, landing pages and user journeys for conversion.
• Manage lead processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, qualify leads and support hand‑over to the sales team.
• Provide training, share best practices and champion adoption of marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication to deliver results on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/digital marketing, data analytics or business intelligence.
• Bilingual French/Dutch with strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record in designing and measuring multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with solid KPI and ROI measurement experience.
