Digital Recruiter

About the role

DigiTribe is looking for a Digital Recruiter who will act as a trusted partner for both clients and consultants. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, founders and decision‑makers to understand business challenges and shape recruitment strategies that connect top digital talent with complex technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define recruitment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Source, approach and engage experienced digital professionals via LinkedIn, networking, referrals and creative channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical expertise, motivations and career aspirations.
• Write compelling job advertisements and continuously refine sourcing methods.
• Present and advise clients on the most suitable experts for their projects.
• Guide consultants through the full recruitment journey, from first contact to onboarding and long‑term follow‑up.
• Build and nurture a community of digital experts, becoming a recognized market contact.

Required profile

• Passion for people‑first recruitment and a genuine interest in technology sectors such as cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
