Digital Procurement Consulting Manager

About the role

KPMG Belgium is seeking a Digital Procurement Consulting Manager to lead digital transformation projects focused on source‑to‑pay platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa and Ariba. The role involves guiding clients across industries in modernising their procurement functions through technology and strategic advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams from design to implementation, covering source‑to‑pay, source‑to‑contract and procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and facilitate workshops.
• Define and oversee User Acceptance Testing strategies and support data migration activities.
• Configure and implement procurement platforms, including SQL‑based configurations.
• Support clients in defining IT strategies, rolling out target operating models and change management.
• Coach project teams and act as a trusted advisor bridging technical and non‑technical discussions.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Industrial Science, Information Management, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of consulting or digital transformation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with procurement software such as Ivalua, Coupa or Ariba.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French.
