Digital Onboarding & KYC Specialist

About the role

AmpsTek is seeking a Digital Onboarding & KYC Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for private individuals in Belgium. You will ensure that customers can become enterprise clients or associated parties through a seamless, compliant digital process, aiming for Straight‑Through Processing wherever regulations permit.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and map business onboarding flows and regulatory constraints, identifying cases suitable for STP and the associated trade‑offs.
• Own the full end‑to‑end process from authentication through KYC and account opening, articulating decision points and maintaining data lineage across systems.
• Manage the customer data landscape, distinguishing system‑of‑record from system‑of‑copy, ensuring data quality, reconciliation and monitoring.
• Design and orchestrate modular digital journeys using state‑machine based orchestration, integrating Customer Data/CSI, OnePAM and external services such as Identifin.
• Deliver solutions under tight regulatory deadlines, proposing pragmatic scenarios and clearly communicating trade‑offs.
• Collaborate daily with product owners, compliance, KYC, and development teams, and push back on solutions that risk compliance or long‑term sustainability.

Required profile

• Strong business and regulatory knowledge of private‑individual onboarding and KYC processes.
• Proven ability to take end‑to‑end ownership of complex digital journeys.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data quality, reconciliation and monitoring.
• Experience working under pressure with strict deadlines and capacity constraints.
• Effective collaboration and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
