Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that grow our clients’ brands and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and analyse digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, content and other channels.
• Collaborate with design, SEO and development teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
• Track, measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target opportunities.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Optimise landing pages, ad copy and creatives to improve conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and Mailchimp.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web‑analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
