Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads for our software development services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
• Create and manage engaging content including blog posts, case studies, and videos, optimizing for search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, execute on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics, and monitor performance with Google Analytics.
• Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, driving audience interaction and paid campaigns.
• Design, launch, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and creative abilities.
• Familiarity with software development concepts is a plus.
