Digital Marketing Internship

About the role

Join Unilever Belgium as a Digital Marketing Intern and work with leading brands such as Dove, Axe, Knorr and Lipton. You will support the digital marketing teams, gain hands‑on experience on real projects and develop your analytical and creative skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance digital marketing plans.
• Analyse website performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Co‑create, build and analyse campaigns and customer journeys to boost conversions.
• Set up experiments that support business transformation.
• Prepare reporting and insights for marketers to optimise their strategies.
• Assist digital marketers and data teams on key transformation projects.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program and able to provide an internship agreement.
• Available for at least 3 months (ideally 6 months) and able to work 32 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Familiar with main social media platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, e‑commerce, SEO, SEA and paid/owned advertising.
• Creative, proactive, team‑player with a strong sense of responsibility.
