Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our online initiatives. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across social, paid, and content channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce campaign assets and content series.
• Support the set‑up and optimisation of paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across organic and paid channels.
• Assist in planning brand‑awareness, promotional, recruitment and special‑initiative campaigns.
• Update website or landing‑page content in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital, content or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear briefs, timelines and execution plans.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
• Google Ads (basic)
• Canva and/or Figma
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with content calendars, ad dashboards or reporting sheets
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Basic knowledge of EDM/email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantage)
