Digital Identity Consultant – IAM Specialist

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Digital Identity Consultant to help clients design, implement and manage robust digital identity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and guide organisations through complex identity challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital identity strategies, best practices and technology selection.
• Analyse existing identity processes, identify risks and propose improvements.
• Design and implement solutions such as IGA, Access Management, PAM and CIAM.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for client and internal teams.
• Stay current with trends like Zero Trust, SSI, blockchain, AI‑driven identity and eIDAS2.
• Contribute to new service offerings within the digital identity domain.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital identity or IAM projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
• Client‑oriented attitude with ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Access Management (AM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with platforms such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, One Identity
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO
• Familiarity with blockchain, biometric authentication and AI in identity management
