Digital Experience Manager (Hybrid, Ghent)

About the role

Timefold is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to own and optimise its digital presence, including the corporate website and social media channels. This hands‑on role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who wants to develop expertise in website operations, conversion optimisation, and performance reporting while working in a fast‑growing AI planning optimisation company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the timefold.ai website end‑to‑end: content updates, CMS administration, uptime monitoring, form handling, tracking, and release quality.
• Act as the first line of defence for website issues, coordinating with developers to resolve bugs quickly.
• Ensure landing pages, conversion paths and calls‑to‑action are functional, tested and continuously optimised.
• Maintain accurate, consistent content across all pages and align messaging with the company’s positioning.
• Apply and uphold SEO best practices for content and site structure.
• Oversee social media presence, creating and scheduling posts that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and provide insights to improve digital ROI.
