Digital Experience & Conversion Strategist

About the role

As an Optichannel Strategist & Digital Journey/CRO Expert, you will join the Digital Marketing Chapter of a leading European banking brand. You will design, optimise and continuously improve customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints, driving conversion, engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an optichannel strategy across web, mobile, email, social, paid media and offline channels.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys from acquisition to retention.
• Identify friction points, drop‑offs and optimisation opportunities.
• Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Analyse customer behaviour and digital performance using analytics tools.
• Build KPIs and dashboards to measure journey performance and conversion.
• Manage and evolve the Digital Shelf (channel strategy & best practices).
• Collaborate with Content, UX, SEO/GEO, IT and Marketing teams.
• Support personalisation, segmentation and CRM initiatives.
• Coach marketing teams on channel best practices and emerging digital trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong experience in optichannel marketing strategy.
• Proven expertise in customer journey mapping.
• Experience with UX principles and conversion rate optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
