Digital Communication Manager - West

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Communication Manager – West to join our Brussels office and drive digital actions that boost brand awareness, lead generation and conversion across the French, Belux and Dutch markets. You will translate global brand assets into localized content and work closely with sales, dealers and external partners to support current business priorities and upcoming product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the social media strategy for Lotus Cars France, Belux and Netherlands, including content creation, planning, publishing and community engagement.
• Oversee paid media campaigns, analyse performance and optimise spend in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage lead generation and conversion funnels, partnering with sales managers and the dealer network to maximise commercial results.
• Coordinate website updates, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support CRM communications through audience segmentation, campaign execution and cross‑functional coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales, Product) and external agencies to deliver marketing assets, organise dealer meetings and handle administrative tasks such as budgets and invoices.
• Produce regular digital performance reports, analyse results and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Automotive Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital communication, social media management or paid‑media optimisation.
• Strong coordination abilities, a structured and process‑driven approach and a numbers‑driven mindset.
