Digital Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to lead and optimise our clients’ online media programmes. Based in our Leuven office, you will combine data‑driven analysis with hands‑on execution to ensure every euro spent delivers maximum impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end digital campaigns across search and paid media platforms.
• Translate client objectives into clear media strategies and actionable media plans.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and account teams to align messaging and creative assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms, tools and industry trends, testing new approaches regularly.
• Prepare and deliver concise performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in digital media or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with search campaigns and major digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a test‑and‑learn attitude.
• Commitment to transparency, collaboration and integrated thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and deliver results.
