About the role

As a Digital Accessibility Operations Specialist you will ensure that all digital content meets accessibility standards, supporting inclusive experiences across campaigns and platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and guarantee consistent delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain simple, efficient workflows for sharing and amplifying campaigns.
• Monitor amplification timelines and follow up to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Implement and track technical accessibility standards such as alt text, subtitles, captions, and colour contrast.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to verify that published content complies with minimum accessibility requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong operational coordination skills and a keen eye for technical quality control.
• Comfort working in a task‑based operational environment rather than a policy‑focused role.
• Practical knowledge of digital accessibility checklists and their application to various content formats.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple timelines and workflows simultaneously.
• Experience creating functional resources that help teams implement and amplify campaigns effectively.
• Proficiency in English.
