DevOps Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing software company as a DevOps Specialist, responsible for the resilience, performance and automation of production platforms. You will operate in a complex, cloud‑native environment and apply engineering solutions to operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate and continuously improve Kubernetes‑based production platforms.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, Ansible or similar tools.
• Enhance platform reliability, observability, monitoring and incident response following SRE best practices.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer in cloud‑native environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, including cluster administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), containerisation, Linux, networking and automation.
• Solid knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
