DevOps Engineer – Modern Workplace

About the role

We are seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to drive large‑scale modern workplace transformation for a multinational organization based in Belgium. The role blends infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and digital workplace expertise to deliver secure, automated, cloud‑based end‑user computing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, applying DevSecOps practices.
• Create automation and scripting solutions (PowerShell or similar) to improve scalability and reliability.
• Support cloud migration and workplace modernization initiatives across complex enterprise settings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile (Scrum, Jira) to deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure secure, stable, high‑performing digital workplace services for large organizations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in EUC, workplace engineering, or modern workplace environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365).
• Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large, international enterprise environments.
