DevOps Engineer

About the role

Spott is building an AI‑native recruitment platform and needs a senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers the service. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the platform remains fast, secure, and scalable as the customer base grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) supporting the recruitment platform built with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and automated provisioning using Terraform and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Set technical direction for major infrastructure components, lead design discussions, and review changes to uphold reliability standards.
• Mentor engineers, raise the operational bar across the team, and influence infrastructure decisions beyond your immediate scope.
• Support AI‑driven workloads, including model serving, GPU provisioning, and specialized observability for AI applications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven ability to make pragmatic trade‑offs and deliver reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving operational excellence across teams.
