Desktop Support Specialist (12‑month B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Brussels on a 12‑month B2B contract. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end hardware and software support, ensuring a reliable and secure desktop environment for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, image and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and support mobile phones, scanners and AV equipment.
• Provide first‑line hardware and software troubleshooting, including VIP and conference‑room support.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with OEM vendors for spare parts, repairs and procurement.
• Support Mac devices and Office 365 applications.
• Execute network‑level troubleshooting (LAN, DHCP, DNS) and install shared printers.
• Label racks, handle server mounting, cable/SFP replacement and other data‑center hands‑on tasks.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain knowledge‑base entries while adhering to SLA commitments.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under defined SLA timelines.
• Hands‑on experience with desktop hardware, imaging tools and peripheral management.
• Comfortable working on‑site with vendors and providing high‑touch support for executive users.
• Willingness to support after‑hours events and recurring meetings.
