Designer Internship

About the role

IBM Consulting is offering a Designer Internship where you will work on real client projects, develop a strong portfolio and gain hands‑on experience in modern design practices. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create user‑focused digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, visual interfaces and interactive prototypes for client solutions.
• Support user‑centred research activities and contribute insights to design decisions.
• Participate in design‑thinking workshops, synthesising stakeholder input into clear concepts.
• Assist in visual design tasks, including mockups, storyboards, presentations and data visualisations.
• Engage with clients during workshops and design reviews to communicate ideas effectively.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning, creativity and a proactive attitude.
