Design Engineer Electrical - Energy Conversion

About the role

As a Design Engineer Electrical you will translate customer needs into tailored compressor, dryer and accessory solutions, reporting to the Team Leader Electrical Design and delivering reliable, high‑quality electrical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate technical alternatives, identify risks and select effective solutions for each project.
• Design and modify technical drawings and parts lists, write procedures and conduct risk analyses.
• Support technicians during production, resolve technical issues and validate peer work.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing manager, competence carriers and internal teams to achieve optimal technical outcomes.
• Assist the quotation team by translating specifications into machine requirements and selecting appropriate electrical components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Control or Electric Design.
• Knowledge of EPLAN, English (oral and written) and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and continuously improve designs through technological innovation.
• Positive, open‑minded team player with interest in an international environment.
