Deployment Consultant (Restaurant Projects)

About the role

The Deployment Consultant will oversee, prepare and implement McDonald’s corporate projects across its Belgian restaurant network. The role involves regular on‑site visits to ensure successful rollout, improve customer and employee experience, and drive sales and profit growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with franchisees and restaurant managers.
• Prepare restaurants for new initiatives and set up implementation plans and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines.
• Analyse key business metrics to assess the impact of deployed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Company Gold Standards and develop action plans, milestones and schedules.
• Provide on‑site coaching and support for program execution.
• Identify threats and opportunities, gather feedback and monitor project KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum Assistant Manager level with restaurant business experience.
• Fluency in French and good command of Dutch and English.
• Experience in people management and ability to prioritize project tasks.
• Strong assertive communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude, sense of humor and team‑player mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
