Decision Intelligence Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Decision Intelligence Developer to join our Supply Chain Data Team. You will act as the bridge between complex data systems and actionable insights, building pipelines and visualizations that enable intelligent decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from ERP, WMS, TMS and third‑party sources and build reliable data pipelines.
• Perform exploratory analysis, identify data quality issues and transform raw data into clean, structured formats.
• Develop analytical queries, dashboards and reports that answer business questions.
• Create interactive visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement data solutions that follow architectural standards.
• Implement data validation checks, monitor data quality and maintain documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with data engineering tools and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building data pipelines, ETL processes and working with SQL and relational/non‑relational databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Proven expertise with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, data warehouses, data lakes).
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
