Data Consultant – Brussels

About the role

As a Data Consultant based in Brussels, you will join mc2i’s Data expertise centre to support a leading energy company on strategic digital transformation projects. You will work end‑to‑end on data initiatives, from gathering business requirements to delivering and adopting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder needs and design data solutions that align with business goals.
• Support development teams during design, ensuring specifications meet functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare and execute test plans, manage incidents and document outcomes.
• Lead change‑management activities, including communication, training workshops and user adoption.
• Manage data projects from conception to implementation and contribute to publications, recruitment and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data‑related roles.
• Strong background in data analysis, engineering and visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
