About the role
You will join the Business Intelligence department at Bosch Home Comfort in Mechelen as a Data Analytics Intern. The role focuses on building a 360‑degree view of customers to support marketing, sales and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 360‑degree customer view used across multiple departments.
- Support projects and process optimisation, harmonising data from various applications.
- Create and maintain sales reports in Power BI and Excel.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses as required.
- Perform customer creation tasks in SAP and CRM systems.
Required profile
- Current student in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a positive, self‑motivated mindset.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
Required skills
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualisation.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM data entry processes.
