Data Analyst – Customer Development (Belgium/Netherlands)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Customer Development team, supporting both Belgium and the Netherlands. The role will transform large data sets into actionable insights that drive business decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret data and apply statistical techniques to produce regular reports.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate with management and agile squads to prioritize information needs.
• Clean, structure, and validate data for accuracy.
• Create dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Monitor performance indicators and suggest improvements.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and French (optional).
• Proactive attitude and passion for taking initiative.
• Problem‑solving ability to interpret complex datasets.
