Data & AI Strategy Analyst

About the role

You will join Accenture’s AI and data practice, advising clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. The role involves translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior stakeholders, and leading large‑scale delivery to tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data‑ and AI‑led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organisation’s data and AI strategy, including technology and platform blueprints.
• Assess the maturity of an organisation’s AI and data foundation and identify gaps.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI into the vision, roadmap and operating model, and foster a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience with data strategy or AI strategy is a plus.
• Engineering problem‑solver mindset with the ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to read and understand a balance sheet.
