Cybersecurity Product Director

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Product Director to lead the CITEF product from our Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Transinne, Belgium. You will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and ensure successful market adoption for a solution that supports real‑world space and cyber missions.

Key responsibilities

• Define CITEF’s product strategy, value proposition, target segments, buyer personas and competitive positioning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into medium‑term product objectives (12‑36 months) and investment decisions.
• Own and govern the product roadmap, balancing market demand, strategic fit, delivery feasibility, and security requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, coordinating beta tests, pilots, documentation and feedback loops.
• Lead and coach the delivery teams (scenario, software, infrastructure), handling capacity planning, performance reviews and a culture of accountability.
• Drive go‑to‑market activities, including launches, messaging, sales enablement and support for commercial opportunities.
• Oversee client deployments, adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with roadmap and platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product ownership within cybersecurity or related high‑tech domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategic product decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of aligning cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
