Cybersecurity Consultant – Advisory Role

About the role

Wavestone is expanding its Belgian practice and seeks a Cybersecurity Consultant to join the Brussels office. You will work on high‑impact projects at the intersection of technology and management, helping clients navigate security challenges embedded in their digital transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end security projects, from scoping and market studies to PoCs, project management, governance and change management.
• Provide technical and strategic advisory on security governance, risk management, compliance (NIS2, DORA, ISO27001), cloud and AI security, vulnerability management, incident response and industrial IoT security.
• Conduct audits, support crisis management and contribute to the development of security strategies and awareness programmes.
• Participate in internal practice building activities such as business development, recruitment, event organisation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or related fields.
• Ability to handle complex, multidisciplinary projects and communicate effectively with clients.
