Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) on critical security projects. The role will focus on assessing and managing security risks across NATO’s communication and information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the scope and objectives of NDWC security risk assessments.
• Coordinate risk considerations between CISPIA, CISOA, CISP and the SAA.
• Determine which physical, personnel and information assets contribute to the mission of a CIS or the organization.
• Support the development and maintenance of secure command and control, satellite communications, and electronic warfare systems.
• Provide advisory services to ensure NATO’s IT infrastructure remains resilient against cyber threats.

Required profile

• Experience working with defence or government security programmes.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple security stakeholders and agencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Security risk assessment
