Customer Trainer & Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Intys is looking for a dynamic Customer Trainer & Customer Care Specialist to join its growing team. You will be the main point of contact for clients, delivering engaging training sessions and providing high‑quality support to ensure they get the most out of our energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training programs that enable customers to use Intys solutions confidently.
• Provide day‑to‑day customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage to maximize product value.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, helping shape product improvements.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and self‑service documentation.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics and proactively suggest actions to improve retention and engagement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Fluency in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent listening skills and a proactive attitude.
