Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaker) – Belgium

About the role

Alan is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its Belgium team. You will be responsible for ensuring that corporate customers receive maximum value from Alan’s health‑prevention platform, from onboarding through ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new administrators through a smooth onboarding and provide advanced product education.
• Drive adoption of Alan’s health services across employee bases and admin teams.
• Respond to incoming admin requests and support operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers during contract renewals to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Propose and execute innovative initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to product teams.
• Help build and document CSM processes as the Belgium team scales.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for health‑prevention services.
• Experience working closely with sales or account management teams.
• Ability to manage multiple customer journeys and drive results.
