Customer Success Expert

About the role

Cowboy is looking for a Customer Success Expert to help riders get the most out of their connected electric bikes. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through product features, troubleshooting issues, and feeding their feedback into product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Cowboy’s hardware and software ecosystem.
• Assist customers in using all features of the bike and related services.
• Relay customer insights to internal teams to influence product decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for customer success.
• Troubleshoot technical and usage problems efficiently.
• Serve as the advocate for customer happiness and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one of German, French, or Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong empathy and the ability to make customers smile remotely.
