Customer Service Representative (Spanish/French/English)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the main liaison between internal departments and external partners for the Latin American and Middle Eastern markets. Your mission is to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction across the entire sales‑to‑delivery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal sales teams and handle 360° order processing in the ERP system (entry, tracking, logistics, invoicing).
• Create and forward quotations for spare parts and assist the commercial department with case tracking.
• Review, approve, and complete orders for spare parts and full systems after gathering all technical and commercial documentation.
• Assist the General Manager in preparing business proposals and interpreting sales contracts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system and ensure invoicing complies with finance guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery times, and transportation.
• Coordinate dispatches, manage service and maintenance contracts, and handle renewals.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience in customer support and order management.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of the industrial sector and technical products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
