Customer Service Representative NL/FR/EN

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the main liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and timely communication for our industrial automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal sales teams and handle 360° order processing in the ERP system (entry, tracking, logistics, invoicing).
• Review, process and approve orders for spare parts and complete systems after gathering all required technical and commercial documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system and ensure invoicing complies with finance guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery times, and transportation queries.
• Track order progress until material availability and coordinate dispatch with plants in Belgium and France.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience in customer support or order handling.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (additional language a plus).
• Good knowledge of the industrial sector and technical products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in tense situations.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using an ERP system.
