Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Serax, you will be the voice of the brand for our clients, guiding them through ordering, delivery and after‑sales processes. You will combine product knowledge with a commercial mindset to deliver proactive solutions and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on products and collections to ensure optimal choices.
• Handle inquiries via email and phone, focusing on satisfaction and solutions.
• Enter, follow up and improve orders in the ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics and planning to guarantee seamless service.
• Identify opportunities for process and communication improvements.
• Support commercial actions, quotes and after‑sales activities with customer loyalty in mind.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the SOUTH market.
• Excellent command of English; Italian and/or Spanish are a strong asset.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Accurate, structured, solution‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for design and eagerness to deepen product knowledge.
• Team player motivated by customer satisfaction and process improvement.
