Customer Service Representative – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid working model. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering clear, efficient and solution‑oriented support while working closely with our technical and software teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot software‑related problems.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Friendly, patient and strongly customer‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in technical or software‑driven environments.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in software and systems.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose practical solutions.
