Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Liveo (EMEA)

About the role

DuPont Healthcare Liveo™ is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused representative to manage the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process for its EMEA customers. You will act as the primary interface between customers and the company, ensuring seamless order execution, delivery, and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the customer order book from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Proactively manage commitments, identify and mitigate supply, logistics, pricing, and execution risks.
• Build trusted relationships through clear communication and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pricing, Credit, and Master Data teams.
• Resolve blocked orders, invoice disputes, and past‑due balances.
• Leverage SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Portal, MyDuPont and AI‑enabled tools.
• Monitor AI‑assisted workflows, validate outcomes and manage exceptions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in order‑to‑cash or customer service environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
