Customer Service Officer

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer at Kebony you will be the primary voice for our customers, handling orders from placement through delivery. Based in Antwerp you will work closely with sales, logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure every promise made to a customer is fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely information on pricing, availability, lead times and order status.
• Create, process and follow up on sales orders in the ERP system while maintaining data integrity.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, including pricing conditions and delivery details.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with sales and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor open orders, back‑orders and delivery performance, proactively identifying and communicating potential delays.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain to align delivery dates, plan truck loads and optimise shipment volumes.
• Support account managers with quotations, lead‑time updates and availability checks.
• Track and meet customer‑service KPIs, taking ownership of personal and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, logistics and supply‑chain functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
