Customer Service Officer – Aerospace (Permanent)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer is the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring contracts are executed smoothly from signing to delivery. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet quality, cost, and timeline commitments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor execution of customer orders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (production, supply chain, engineering) to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling requests, expectations and complaints to resolution.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to invoicing, applying contractual terms such as pricing, incoterms and delivery conditions.
• Coordinate delivery planning and monitor order progress, providing regular updates to customers.
• Prepare and deliver reports on order status, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or B2B client relationship management, preferably in an industrial or aerospace setting.
• Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, prioritisation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of contractual terms, including incoterms.
