Customer Journey Expert – Digital Sales (Non-Life Insurance)

About the role

As a Customer Journey Expert you will shape the end‑to‑end digital sales experience for non‑life insurance products. Working closely with product teams you will define strategy, optimise conversion funnels and drive customer acquisition across digital and brokerage channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales across digital and brokerage channels for non‑life insurance.
• Design and execute action plans for product distribution.
• Develop and optimise digital sales flows, product pages and segmentation/personalisation strategies.
• Continuously improve the digital sales funnel to maximise conversion rates.
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements and test plans.
• Support product enhancements and new value‑proposition development.
• Propose initiatives to boost digital visibility, customer acquisition and Net Promoter Score.
• Develop contact strategies aligned with key customer life moments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in digital sales, customer journey or related roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; good knowledge of French and Dutch.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, digital trends and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Design‑thinking tools such as Figma.
• Analytics platforms – Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Agile methodologies.
