Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Join Maersk’s Customer Experience team and help shape the future of transport and logistics. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth movement of their cargo across road, rail and sea while promoting digital solutions and value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor outgoing and incoming shipments, providing proactive updates and advice on e‑solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or internal chat, promoting extra services where appropriate.
• Develop creative, out‑of‑the‑box solutions to improve customers’ supply chains.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the shipment process and stay current on local and international regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs and continuously improve cooperation.
• Maintain a portfolio of customers, share best practices with the team and drive customer‑experience improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Strong passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to promote and sell additional services.
• Empathetic communicator who can relate to diverse audiences.
• Interest in digitalisation and shaping the digital future of customer experience.
• Open‑minded and comfortable driving change.
