Customer Communication Management Consultant

About the role

As a Customer Communication Management (CCM) Consultant at Deloitte you will design and implement OpenText CCM solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms such as SAP. You will translate business requirements into scalable communication architectures, streamline document generation and delivery, and help global organisations modernise their customer‑facing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing communication processes and identify inefficiencies in document generation, approval and distribution.
• Design scalable, multi‑channel communication architectures (print, email, digital, portals) and configure high‑volume output solutions.
• Implement CCM and enterprise output management platforms and integrate them with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Create templates, dynamic content structures and end‑to‑end communication workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Guide organisations toward modern communication strategies and best practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer communication, output management, document automation or CCM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch or French (both a plus) and proficiency in English.
• Legal eligibility to work in Belgium.
