Customer Care Officer

About the role

We are looking for a trilingual Customer Care Officer to be the first point of contact for French‑speaking and international clients of EMAsphere, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS provider of financial reporting solutions. You will help clients daily, guiding them through the platform, answering questions and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via ticketing system, email and phone in French, Dutch and English.
• Analyse client needs, propose tailored solutions and follow up until resolution.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using internal tools.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating articles, guides and videos in multiple languages.
• Assist with onboarding, account setup and configuration of accounting connectors.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑3 years of experience in customer care or a strong interest in the field.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a very good level of English.
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to understand how they work.
• Solution‑oriented, empathetic, structured and curious.
• Team player who enjoys helping others grow.
