Customer Advisory Consultant (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Advisory Consultant to join its Service Team in Brussels. The role focuses on helping C‑level clients shape and execute customer‑centric strategies that drive growth and reduce cost‑to‑serve.

Key responsibilities

• Support the agenda of multiple C‑level executives on customer‑related topics.
• Design and implement customer‑experience initiatives that unlock growth and trapped value.
• Conduct assessments to identify vulnerabilities, challenges and opportunities in client organisations.
• Develop financial models and business cases to quantify the impact of improved customer experience.
• Lead workstreams, deliver recommendations and collaborate closely with clients throughout the project.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts and consultants.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consulting or project‑management experience.
• Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, business school or MBA.
• Experience with growth, go‑to‑market, commercial and customer‑distribution strategies.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and present to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, eCommerce platforms and customer‑analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, chat tools and customer portals.
