CSA Project Manager

About the role

The CSA Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex engineering and construction projects for Mercury in Belgium. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage project schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure safe execution across data centre and advanced technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, site logistics plans, schedules, cost and budget plans.
• Review, sign‑off and implement quality, EHS, and test & commissioning procedures.
• Motivate and manage construction and engineering teams.
• Coordinate submission and approval processes with clients and design consultants.
• Monitor material procurement schedules and appoint sub‑contractors and supply chain partners.
• Chair weekly internal, supplier and sub‑contractor meetings to ensure performance.
• Oversee cost/revenue control and report weekly performance.
• Attend client and project management meetings and liaise with senior sub‑contractor and supplier management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role.
• Professional project management qualification or trade qualification.
• Proven CSA project management experience.
• Strong understanding of safety codes and experience in health & safety risk assessments.
• Experience in vendor management and delivering data‑centre upgrade works.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
